Why should my organisation sign up to take EUB interns?

EUB interns don’t just bring qualifications—they bring impact. Trained under programmes shaped by top UK universities like Goldsmiths and Royal Holloway, EUB students combine international academic standards with deep local insight.

Unlike many traditional programmes, EUB embeds real-world experience into its core. Interns are groomed through industry-led projects, mentorship, and employability training that goes beyond the classroom—meaning they arrive ready to contribute, not just observe.

What truly sets EUB interns apart? A future-focused mindset. With the Falcon Graduate Attribute Award, EUB recognises students who demonstrate leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and global awareness—skills many graduates only develop later.

Your company won’t just get an intern. You’ll get a highly capable, professionally prepared young talent who’s been trained with your industry in mind—and who’s ready to add value from day one.

Do employers have any input into the assignment of students?

Companies cannot handpick interns; however, we place considerable emphasis on industry collaboration and requirements. We encourage employers to share the specific skillsets they need, with EUB then matching students accordingly. Psychometric evaluations are part of the matching process. We also focus on the personal development of our students, with their soft skills  influencing the placement process.

EUB takes students’ passions and career goals into account, ensuring internships align with both employer needs and student interests for a more engaged and motivated experience. To ensure the best match, it’s recommended that you engage with EUB to share your preferences.

How long does the internship last for?

An EUB internship typically lasts for 2 to 3 months. They run over the spring and summer, depending on the programme.

Is there a limit on how many interns employers can accept?

There is no hard limit The number of interns a company can host depend on factors such as the company’s capacity to provide meaningful learning experiences, available resources, and supervisory support. To determine the optimal number of interns your company can accommodate, please consider the following:

  • Supervisory Capacity: Ensure that each intern receives adequate guidance and support.
  • Resources and Facilities: Assess the availability of workspaces, equipment, and materials necessary for the interns’ tasks.
  • Quality of Experience: Aim to provide interns with meaningful projects that contribute to their professional development.
