Eman Alhubaishi is a Bahraini Lawyer and academic with a background in Commercial Law, Public International Law, and Criminology. She holds an LLM in Law from the University of Sussex, an LLB in Law with Criminology from the University of Brighton, and a Foundation Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Newcastle.
 
Before joining Euro University of Bahrain, Eman gained extensive professional experience and legal training in both Bahrain and the United Kingdom. During her time in the UK, she was also actively involved in university legal clinics, providing support and advice on practical legal matters while strengthening her understanding of the relationship between theory and practice.
 
As a practicing lawyer, her professional experience in Bahrain includes contract drafting, corporate and commercial disputes, criminal law cases, Sharia law practice, medical negligence, company dissolutions, reorganizations, and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as representation before the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR).
